Answer: All assignments and due dates are first on Teams and also on this web site. You can find the assignments tab at the top of the page.

Question: Are late assignments allowed?

Answer: Assignments will receive a 20% deduction each additional day they are late.

Question: How can a student raise their grade?

Answer: Coach Flores uses mastery grading, which grades the knowledge demonstrated on an assignment or visual observation. For this reason, assignments will be given for the purpose of showing knowledge, not raising a grade.

Question: Can a student re-do an assignment?

Answer: Once an assignment has been graded, the grade will not be changed.

Question: How do parents know if my child turned in an assignment.

Answer: Teams will show all assignments turned in. Atlas will show the grade for an assignment. Assignments which receive a zero were not turned in.

Question: What should my child be doing for PE class on Monday?

Answer: Most Mondays, students have been given the option to do 30min of physical activity of their choice. If a specific P.A. is assigned it will be connected with the current unit. Fitness options are posted on Teams. Students can also use this time to work on their blogs.
